Homer Cabins And Halibut Charters

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, & FINAL PAYMENTS

Homer Cabins & Halibut Charters requires a deposit for each reservation and/or booking.  A 50% deposit is due to make your reservation.  Balances are due upon your arrival at the cabins.  Prices are guaranteed after deposit is received.  For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Payments are refundable less a 20% per person "Cancellation Fee" if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date.  Payments are non-refundable for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival date.  In the event of a "NO SHOW" there is NO REFUND.  These fees and policies do not reflect additional cancellation charges that may be levied by individual operators, i.e. pilots, fishing charters, kayak services services, etc.

RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT IS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT REGISTRANT HAS READ AND ACCEPTS THE CANCELLATION REFUND AND RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSES.

Changes:  You may request a change to your reservation one time at no charge, subject to space availability.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:  Deposits may be made by personal check, cash, credit card, or money order.  Final payments may be made by cash, credit card or money order only.
